Jack Peggs is in the private practice of law in Wichita, Kansas. He received his B.A. degree from Creighton University and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, and is a member of the Kansas and U.S. Supreme Court Bars. He served as Special Assistant to the State Attorney General and as Assistant District Attorney where he was Chief of the Appellate Section. He is the past chair of the Wichita Bar Association's Medico-Legal Committee.

 

 

He has been an adjunct professor at Wichita State University for the Department of Health Administration and Education for several years. He is co-author of A Practice and Procedural Manual for Medical Malpractice Screening Panel Cases; Periodontal Malpractice, 89 Am Jur.Trials 1, and numerous other Medico-legal related articles. He is admitted to practice before all Kansas Courts, the U.S. Federal District Court, and the 10th Circuit of Appeals.

Jack Peggs practices in all areas of personal injury law, however, his practice has a decided emphasis on dental malpractice. In addition, Mr. Peggs also has a commercial component to his practice which enables his office to handle business related areas for his clients.
